A buddy told me about this deal yesterday from CAG. This is a decent time for it as it will have some newer releases. Assassin's Creed 3 comes out on 10/30 too.
Note: Please clarify the release date(s) for Lego Lord of the Rings. Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii versions has been delayed/pushed back. The new release date is 11/13 (yes, same day as BLOPS 2). Only the 3 portable versions (Vita, 3DS, and DS) comes out on 10/30.

the print ad may have been sent to press prior to the delays you mention. I have no info on that. if they are delayed, probably out of luck on the sale since it's says no rainchecks.

No problems. Just wanted to share some info. I'm a little bummed myself. I was hoping for a sale when it was suppose to come out next week especially since it can probably get finished before BLOPS 2...so are you saying a picture of the Lego LOTR game, for the one of the console versions, is featured in the upcoming Target ad? If it is, I wonder how will it be handled? Interesting if a customer really wanted that game and was told that it won't come out for another 2 weeks but it's an advertised item at a sale like this. Eh, oh well.

Yea, I remember driving to a bunch of Targets around town that morning. Lets hope history repeats itself...

Let's not forget the PSN 12 month membership card price mistake from last Thanksgiving. Print ad listed 12 month card at 3 month price. Ah, memories....
