Ok. Usually if more than one person calls about the same item not being shipped. Ebay refunds the money quicker. I just feel that even when they get back to the office it will take quite awhile to get all these shipments and paperwork straightened out. UPS and Fedex are behind in NY. They also have their non EBay website with orders to take care of as well. Christmas is right around the corner I don't need these funds tied up. You only have 45 days to file a dispute.

Now the date says Nov 7th. It is just moving forward.
I am on for filing dispute..

Ok, I opened a case and here's what ebay says..

If the seller does not respond by Nov 12, 2012, or if the seller does respond but you still can't work things out, you can ask eBay Customer Support to review the case and make a final decision.

Received the response that the order is now cancelled and refund will be processed...
