If you order in the kiosk, do you have to wait for it to be ready there or do they have it right away? I've never tried that in the store berfore.

I know that's not true because in many cases, they already have it in stock. Perhaps someone will give a real answer to this at some point.

It doesn't matter because it's an online order and not a store order... Of course different stores might operate differently but all the stores in my area work this way.

It isnt even that great of a deal with the additional 20% offcoupon from the 89dollar price.. It would just be convenient to go buy one today instead of waiting a few days to get one shipped. I bought my 2 previous ones for 70 few weeks/months ago.

Okay, I've done this a couple of times before and you basically have to wait for your order to ship to the store (or to your home). I was once able to order an item at the kiosk and get it "right away", but it involved a little voodoo, manager override, and an act of congress to get it done. I believe that they had to cancel out the order somehow and give it to me at the price I paid online. It was a real PITA if you ask me because I was waiting around there endlessly. All of this is irrelevant because I think that the only SSDs that they have on the shelves are some Kingston ones (I believe they were the v200 and not the better v+200).

What would make this deal a bit better is if you had a 20off50 coupon (emailed to a bunch of people or you can get one at this site [cn-usa.com] another SDer posted) also and stacked it (use the 20off50 online at the kiosk and then used the 20% off at the register). I've been meaning to try this all week for this drive, but maybe tomorrow if I get a chance.

Ok I get it now and you just pay for it then and then pick it up at the store a few days later when it arrives. I'll have to try this at some point. But not sure about this one as these SSD prices drop so quickly and may not be a good deal by the time I pick it up.
