The icon got placed on my iphone and it sits with waiting.....this is bs. Should I just delete it? Is it phishing in background pretending with "waiting..."? Its been two days like this.

You can try restarting your phone or downloading something else and it will start dling again of not and it will let you delete it you can try that and reinstall you own it now so can redownload it Last edited by TeaBee; 10-28-2012 at 11:29 PM.. |

Hi There-I work for Big Fish. Are you on a Wifi connection? Due to the size of the game, it needs to be downloaded over a wifi connection. Otherwise, it will show "waiting".
Were you able to sort this out? If not, I can send you a new code. I got the same error message when attempting to redeeming the code on an iPad device. Because the code is only intended for iPhone/iPod touch and/or iTunes desktop, I got the desktop error message.
