There were some misquotes there - the redirects through jdoqcy.com and such are intended and will never be going away - only the redirects where you load slickdeals directly and get force-redirected to another site are the ones we need more info on

The personal views and opinions expressed in this post are exactly that and do not necessarily represent an official opinion or stance of Slickdeals and this is a disclaimer in case I say something stupid. In fact, anything I say should not be taken seriously.

I want to give everyone a heads-up, a new member w/ the name "oxsupport" will be in this thread shortly with a handful of questions. They will be asking some questions to those of you who have been impacted (including IP, browser version, etc.) in an attempt to recreate the issue.

Hi shikado,
Thanks for alerting us of the redirect. Some questions to help us troubleshoot further. 1. Can you provide the specific url you started on? I am checking out http://slickdeals.net/deals/ and do not see the specific links to Staples or Sears. 2. Can you answer the specific questions outlined in my earlier post: 11-16-2012, 11:21 AM Any additional details will help us identify if it is coming from our network. Thanks, oxsupport |
