Get WIndows 8 for free if you are a student

Requirements : You have to be a tertiary , university or college student , and your campus needs to be partnered up with Dream Spark – Microsoft initiative ( if you dont know try anyways)

First go to

http://www.onthehub.com/#back-to-...8-download

Then search for your school / college

If your college is partnered up you can use your university login to download Windows 8

Remember you will only get ONE serial key , so keep it safe

It has been posted before.
It's the same DreamSpark program that some department in some University has.
My department doesn't, but check with your IT people if you can qualify.

That's the problem with this deal, not just your university but your department and major has to be enrolled in the program.

Typically only engineering and computer sciences departments can get in on this, and even then it might only be for a few particular majors, and even then it might not be eligible for Windows 8.

The only stuff I could get was outdated web programs. Of course it might be worth it to check, but I doubt Windows 8 will be available for any except the 10-25 largest schools, at least for awhile, unless maybe MS is doing a BIG push, which they very well might be.
