I bought the New Balance 490 Cross Trainer last time they were on sale from here, and I love them. My feet tend to sweat quite a bit, and these allow for air to flow through them. Very comfortable. I'm not much of a runner, so I can't speak on that(since they do say running on the actual shoe), but for everyday wear, various sports activities, etc. I would recommend these. I'm probably going to go ahead and buy another pair since they are so cheap.
