do you think at this point I could call Dell and tell them to 'cancel' my order...??? was supposed to be delivered 10/29...am getting very concerned what kind of condition it is going to be in if I ever get it.... guess I could refuse delivery...?? |

I finally received mine today, was supposed to be here Monday...
I purchased a 'scratch n dent' which looks fine, however it says 'refurbished' on the bottom of it.....I didn't realize they were scratch n dent and refurbished?????? I thought it would be 'new' but they couldn't sell it as new cuz of the 'scratch n dent' status...???? I would not have bought it, esp for $363 knowing it was refurbished....how is their return and how quickly do they refund your account???? ![]() ![]()
