I did this yesterday and manager had to override before I even got to the 20% off coupon. It was just the online coupon that required an override.

A lot of people got them via email. If you didn't get spammed by a whole bunch of Staples emails last week then you probably didn't get one. You can also buy them too.

I wonder why the $20 off of $50 coupon needed an override??? I don't actually have the coupon (just the code) and was wondering what exclusions the coupon has on it. I know that 20% off one had a bunch of exclusions. Maybe because the item is already on sale, IDK. How did you work that at the kiosk, did you have to call the manager over while you were ordering or did they have to adjust the price at the register? If it's the latter then it sounds like you got lucky that they actually stacked the coupons. Another option for next time is try to start up the online chat while at the kiosk.
