Just an installation question: I have a room without any cable outlet on the wall and instead of laying a super long coaxial cable from another room which looks ugly, if I ask them to route it for me, how would it be charged?
I am in SoCal and wondering what is included in the installation which can be fee waived? Is the above mentioned situation covered? |

Anyone able to use their own modem with the Triple play package? I've been reading on the internet that none of the approved modems work with Triple play, but I can do without phone service since I do not need it. Thanks!

If you decide to buy your own data-only modem and are on Triple Play, you actually keep their modem for voice service... they disable it for Internet... you have to split the cable line to the two modems and have a separate plug for each. |

You dont have to pay for phone modem. Its only if you use a Time Warner Cable Modem for Internet service Last edited by Infintie990; 11-16-2012 at 05:24 PM.. |

Question- I cancelled TWC today, will turn my equipment in Monday and the TWC rep. said that they will be out on Nov. 3 to disconected from the pole. I plan on going to BB in a few hours to sign up under my husband.
1. Will this work? 2. Can i have TWC come out to the install before they disconect from the pole? |
