Calling that number will take you nowhere. They will have no idea about the Xbox promo. People on this thread called that number with the same result. Instead call Best Buy for Business 1-866-313-6282. They have know about the promotion and what is currently going on. Save your frustration and just call that number.

Called 888-292-2253 and the rep is telling me to call Best Buy for Business for both the Gift card and the Xbox and the rep at Best buy for Business says my name still is not on the spreadsheet. I don't know why the lady on the phone would not give me a redemption code and I told her another rep at TWC told me to call TWC if I did not receive the code. I'm going to call another TWC number 888-977-8985 tomorrow since they closed at 2PM PST today. Anyone else still being given the run around?

Hello, all does anybody know if TWC offers any help to switch over from DISH? I have a etf I need to pay where I am currently moving doesnt have access to DISH. Also assuming I only needed hd tv with dvr and internet? what would I need to get with TWC to get the xbox and best buy GC? Any help?

I cant believe people haven't started getting the xbox delivered yet.

TWC offers up $200 in bill credits if you move form any provider.
You need to get the triple play for qualify for the Xbox and $150 gift card

you will be wasting 1.068 a year. for two years. the 30/90 days to get the promo is just to have it delivered. and you probably have to pay the cancelation fee for canceling before 2yr, plus the pro-rata for the prizes, just like a 'free' phone.

Also, stay one month without that 'deal' and you get the $100 to spend on best buy. another month and a half, a 4Gb xbox.

all without losing sleep and patience on the phone.

What are you talking about? Get a clue, there is no contract with Time Warner and there is no cancellation fee. Most of us will stay with the Triple Play for just 3 months to qualify for the $150 GC and Xbox.

Who did you talk to at the Best Buy for Business? I called at 8am today and they only took my information and they said someone will call me back within a few hours. Nobody called me and it was around 3pm, so I called again and the rep said that the back door person name Tony is handling the promotion, but currently out of the office. She then took my info again and said that I will get a call tomorrow.

There is no contract which made this promo applealing. You can cancel or downgrade your service after 3 months if you want. I made sure of that when I signed up.

lets fix a few things. first its $89.99 for... cable... TV/Internet/Phone service. not just 'cable'
second, in my area the minimum IS 10mbit. would much prefer cable to dsl personally.
