Which BB store did you signed up? The BB TWC Rep also told me to wait. I would believe the rep and will just wait for it, however, BB for Business does not have my name on their list. So no matter how long I would wait I will never going to receive the xbox since I am not in their system to receive it. My service was installed on Nov 9th and most people here that had their service installed around that time frame already received their xbox or atleast can confirm that their name is on the BB for Business list.

So if your name is not of the BB for Business list and you have your service installed for more than 15 days then probably the promotion was not signed up correctly.

BTW, did you ask the rep if you did not get the xbox after a week what will he/she will do?

the rep told me that he only signs up people at bestbuy, so as long as i got it from him, then time warner knows that i signed up for this promo and not any other.

Thanks. I guess she signed me up with a regular Triple Play Bundle without the free xbox. That is why I didn't get any email.

honestly I am at my wits with this, we do everything we are supposed to but because the employees on there end mess up we dont get the promotions, how is that fair. I am going to go to best buy today and see what they can do. If nothing can be done then well bye bye time warner and good riddance.

what can I do? the rep wont return or pick up my calls. This is insane, I am ready to just ditch this whole thing, we shouldnt have to waste so many hours out of our day to get something promised to us. I didnt receive anything via email from anyone.

Call BB for Business, 1866-313-6282. you do not need to be transferred, just tell them that you got the xbox promo and you want to know that your name is on the list to receive the xbox.

TWC knows that you signed up since they are the one how is providing the service. It is BB for Business that does not know if you singed up for the promotion until they get your name and if you were singed up incorrectly then they will never going to get your info to receive the xbox.

i called the number and the rep was able to find my name on the list. he said that the order to ship my xbox has not been placed yet and i should get it in the next shipment. i will call back in a week to check the status again but basically they are running behind and we just need to wait...

Good for you. My name is not even on that list, and I had my service installed on Nov 9th. When did you have yours?

I signed up on nov 8th and got the install on nov 10th. Call them up and ask them to add your name to the list.

Have the TWC BB call the BB for Business. The problem is that the communication between the two, TWC BB needs to send your info to BB for Business.

Has anyone tried taking the email route to inquire that everything is correctly setup for the XBOX as well as the 150$ gift card promo? The Bestbuy receipt that i received after the order does not say anything about XBOX or the $150 gift card. So i guess the newbie Bestbuy TW rep messed it up
