Ok so I signed up for the deal under my wife trying to by pass that I was already a customer. I then was told that I would have to shut down service at the address before they could set up an appointment to come install. This was too much work for me so I decided not to do it. Strangely the Xbox 360 showed up today
without me signing up for anything. Merry Christmas to me! I did this on December 15th.

I have a quick question I printed out the registration form from twcholidaypromo.com and sent it in via USPS and certified it so they can not claim they never received it.
However I received a few emails separated by a week saying to register for the gift card online. I thought either through the mail or online was fine to register for the gift card? Nonetheless when I tried registering online just to stop the emails from coming i was told I was no longer eligible because it has been past 30 days since my installation. Which now has me a bit worried because I printed and sent the registration form within a day of receiving the promotion code in the mail. So my question is Time Warner now trying to stiff me of my gift card as well? I still haven't received my Xbox or any communication in regards to the Xbox. But now this as well, does anyone have any information they can provide on this matter. |

I signed up for the deal online, where they were offering $500 Best Buy gift card for upgrading to Signature Home service. I did. Was supposed to receive the code within 10 days and didn't no postcard either. I have called several times, but no one knows what to do? Is there a number somewhere for the redemption center or a department that knows about whats going on with this stuff?

Same thing happened to me and your post motivated me to call. I called them up and told them I wanted them to confirm my registration status. They asked me for the code and asked me a few questions: My previous TV/Phone/Internet provider. I told them I had none of the above. After a few minutes the CSR told me the details about the promo and what not. I can only assume I was not correctly registered and they corrected it for me manually. I'd give them a call and see what they say. |

I had mine installed 11-20-12 and got the gift card stuff and I signed up fine but have not heard anything on the Xbox.I called Best Buy for business Friday 1-4-13 and the woman there said that Time Warner was at least 4 weeks behind on gettting the information to them so they can verify and ship the Xbox's. She took my information and said someone would update me in 48 hours. Hope this information helps some of the people who have not heard anything on the Xobx.
