I finally got my xbox after calling and talking to Abby 3 weeks ago at the best buy for business number.

My install date was Friday November 16, 2012

Can anybody post a copy of the pick-up notification for the XBOX?

Best Buy for Business emailed me a copy of the gift receipt, but no shipment notification or pick up instructions. Not sure what I'm supposed to do with it.

Just called and was told to bring the gift receipt into the store. I'll report back this afternoon.

I just called and was told that mine is preparing for shipping. They said it should ship out tomorrow and tracking information should be available on Thursday. It is scheduled to arrive next week via UPS for FedEx. Time will tell.....

Finally gonna have it shipped.

Did anyone got the Gift Card yet? when I login to http://www.twcholidaypromo.com/Status it tells me 'Congratulations, you are on track to receive your $50 reward card.'

So instead of $150 it is $50 for me. Anyone else have same issue? Also to correct this what twc number should I call?

argh.. looks like the xbox has taken a dramatic fall in price probably from the announcement of the new version? i'd be lucky to get it for $100 now it seems..

Odd. Best Buy delivered an XBOX to me last week & a second one today.

Anyone have any luck getting store credit as a return with receipt at best buy yet?

i got xbox x2 as well. and i don't feel bad at all. f time warner.
