Best Buy responded to my Better Business Bureau request and is sending my Xbox out.
My 150 dollar gift card came in the mail today. Install date was 11-15.  Thank you SD |

All of a sudden, now my account status update says ineligible on twc.com/holidaypromo. Now i have to jump through the freaking hoops

I am having the same damn problem, F@$%#% TWC. Let me know if you find out anything, i called in, they are now letting someone else handle the issue, and i will have to call back.. |

Got my bb gift card and went to bb yesterday and got a visa card for $144.05 plus $5.95 fee for it. Still waiting on the xbox (install date 12/3).

I never received my BB gift card and called to inquire. I cancelled my service after 4 months but the customer service reps insisted that I needed to keep my service for 90 days + as long as it takes for them to send the card. They all told me that there was nothing they can do for me because I was no longer a customer.
I filled a compliant with BBB and revived the card within 3 days in an overnight package... |
