hey you guys, be checking your email. I got this installed on 11/16 and tried to submit online but was stopped because it asked for previous bills. I submitted the offer twice via snail mail (the second time to make sure because the first time i got a response back saying i needed the previous bills). I called TWC about 3 or 4 times and finally the last rep told me that I was good to go as long as i submitted the offer via snail mail no matter what response I got. She flat out told me that and I believed her because she did not try to lie about it or anything like the other reps did (who ultimately said the same thing)
Now on to hassle best buy. Im hoping to have better luck now. For those of you that have called Best Buy for Business, has anyone given you a direct line for Tony They gave me that number but I never got an answer or response to voicemail. But now that I have this email from TWC I will call BB for business and try again.
