I will just mention that I actually use this briefcase every day to bring to work and classes at school. I got it last time around when it was FAR, along with several other briefcases/messenger bags. Out of all of them, I thought this one was the best looking and smallest, yet still fit and protected a 15.6" laptop.
Just thought I'd add my 2cents. I've had it for a few months, and it has held up fine, with slight wear. Would definitely be worth the $4 after shipping and rebate, at least IMHO. Edit: By the way, in case you didn't realize from the pictures, it does in fact include a shoulder strap which you can clip to the sides. I would say that everything about this briefcase is great for a good look and use in normal environments. If you work in a rugged environment, it might not hold up to so much wear.
