If it was available, it would say "In Stock".

As you can see on the product page, it says "Ships in 7 to 21 Days". That's an indication of back-order status.

I think there are some people still on "back-order" status, but I'm sorry you guys got your orders cancelled.

I think what ended up happening here is this:
1. The price on the item should have been $49.99 - $30 MIR = $19.99 + S&H
2. The item price was still on sale + the $30 rebate, which made it FAR + S&H.
3. TigerDirect didn't have that many units in stock to begin with.
4. When faced with a huge amount of orders, no supply and a large back-order list.... they decided to cancel several orders, either randomly or by order time.

Not fulfilling the orders wasn't a smart move on their part, but then again, they don't always make the most practical business decisions. For evidence of that, you can just look at the Samsung Blu-ray Player Fiasco + the TV "price mistakes" that have happened a few times.

I think if you make them aware that your canceled order is shown as available for order this quickly after the cancellation, they should be willing to offer you something -- either reverse the cancellation (tell them you have no problem waiting 7-21 days so long as the original order date applies) or give you store credit or free shipping toward a future purchase.

For rebates from TigerDirect log into your account and then look at order history. When you see this list you still see 'invoice' with a clickable link. Click that and then click Print and that's your invoice copy for the rebate. Keep a cop along with the rest of the documentation for your records.
