You have to call them up (sometime tomorrow morning) and go about it.. from my personal experience, TD orders can't be cancelled through any other means.

thanks OP... I've started to bite on these FAR deals after my recent success in getting the rebates approved fairly quickly.... esp. that laptop bag and one mouse deal you had posted earlier.

You should call them as early as possible tomorrow morning.

TigerDirect phone lines open at 7 AM EST.

Tell them you would like to cancel the order. TigerDirect's warehouses will start shipping all the orders from over the weekend (which there should be a ton judging of by all the FAR orders). You want to catch them before the item gets to the shipping carrier.

If they are unable to cancel the order on their end, they will put out what's called a "stop shipment request", which hopefully will reach the warehouse in time.

Worse case scenario, you can always refuse shipment when it arrives.

Does anyone have experience using top c*sh back portal for circuit city or compusa? What percentage do they give back for stuff like this? They have a 10% category for accessories, 5% for electronics/components and 4% for "other" purchases? Not sure how they'd categorize the stuff I"m getting -- a keyboard, a laptop bag and software?

I've never gotten a rebate on a product before, can someone explain how it works? Do they give the $30 back as a gift card?

I would refuse the shipment but the UPS guy likes to drop packages at the front door without me here. Do you think a note would suffice?

You can of course buy two, but you will get the $30 rebate only for one item as the MIR has a 1 (ONE) limit per household/person/address.

what is the easiest way to clear/combine the amex gift cards from these rebates? serve does not allow one to do it anymore.
