Even if he delivers it, you can still "refuse it" as long as it's not opened. Just drop it off at a UPS store or arrange for a pick-up.

Yes. Fill out the online portion of the rebate and then print out the form and mail in documents. Receive your amex card. They'll send you emails to update you on the status of your rebate. TD is pretty fast.

1. Buy the item and fill the mail-in rebate form at 4myrebate.com. Sign and date this form.
2. Once you receive the product, cut the UPC barcode label from the product.
3. You can print a copy of the invoice from your TD account once the order ships or obtain a copy of the packing slip from the product package.
4. Ship the signed mail-in rebate form, original UPC label and a copy of the invoice/packing slip in a single envelope to the address shown in the mail-in rebate form.
5. Wait for 4-6 weeks for rebate processing and you should receive a AMEX gift card that can be used for any purchase.
