If you don't use it, you should really consider it.

Besides, from what I've read it barely consumes any power in the background... someone else may be able to elaborate. Either way, the time and convenience of the few minor things I use it for are worth it - and I'm barely using it to potential.

I called them yesterday and he said they submitted the credit on 11/30 and it should show up in 7 business days in my statement. Today is day 7 and I don't see any activity yet.

I'll call back again on Friday if I still see nothing.

mine was delivered on 28th november and charged the same day as well (ordered 13th nov.) no credit yet, but i do see a 1.00 pending transaction from google dated 12/10. hope that will be the credit. not sure though. will keep you posted

I still got nothing. I guess I'll be calling them tonight after work once again. At least the wait time isn't bad and the people are pleasant to speak with.

Here was my order date:

Order date: Nov 13, 2012 8:54:06 AM PST

And I still don't have a phone. They do not respond to my emails, and they're farking idiots on the phone. They repeatedly call themselves "specialists" and "investigation department" and all this other hoopla to make themselves sound important, when really after 10 phone calls and 10 emails they still can't figure out what's going on with my order. I'm BEYOND frustrated, clearly.

I would have just cancelled my order by now and given up hadn't I already purchased a case for it... it's been sitting here for three weeks...

I feel your pain, man. I've never seen a company handle a launch so poorly. A mom & pop company would have done a better job before, during, and after. Google should be really embarrassed.

Yes, they really should be. And this is the most frustrating part of my experience... they don't respond to my emails, but then after an hour long phone conversation that goes nowhere, they send me an email follow-up saying...

I ordered on Nov 13 too and just got my phone today after numerous phone calls and emails. Their customer service seems like not functioning at all. Hope you could get your phone soon.

I will never ever order anything from Google device any more. I just can not take it any more.
