Anyone having any over heating issues. My phone got extremely hot today. Hot enough that I could no longer put in my pocket. All I did was turn on Location services as one my apps needed that.

You can. It was 3-4 weeks delay this morning, now it's 5-6.

I am on 3 day 1 hr and it still has 53%. I use WIFI occasionally and haven't made any calls in last three days. Below are some of the tweaks I did.

1) Brightness to auto.
2) WIFI > Advanced>keep wifi on during sleep (only when plugged in)
3) turn off GPS and bluetooth.
4) settings>more>mobile network> check use only 2G network.
5) I also have mobile data off because I do not have a data plan.

Hope it helps.
turn off the freaking useless NFC too. that's just dumb. 1% of people who use nexus phones really take adv of it. turn that off so it wont use your precious juice on the background.

No, will work on this later but I rather talk them into 13.99 Playstore credit which is probably easier to get.

wow dude, why did you even bother to buy this phone? no calls, no data, no gps. lol ... u should sell your phone and get an iPad

a tablet quickly replaces any need you had for media consumption on a tiny phone.

Thanks, but I think you should reconsider this purchase. You're not really using it as a smartphone, I wouldn't be surprised if the battery lasted you another week. On a side note, my battery life hasn't improved with use, but from what I read it seems many people have the same issue. I was just hoping it would be better than my Gnex, but its definitely worse.

How is everyone doing with storage? I have most of my apps/games installed and have 3.6GB remaining. I'll survive but I can see how there was no way in hell I would have been able to use the 8GB unit.

I called them and they said it had been posted to my account on the day they shipped. I called my credit card company and they suggested to make a claim through them and the CC company said they will refund me the shipping and take it up with google.

F**K google. Worst customer service.
