Do I call sprint and upgrade the SERO-P $50 plan first?? Or call telesales and sell me Note 2 then call-in? and last question, anyone able get Note 2 less $299 thru Sprint? I haven't touched my SERO30 w/ TP2 over 3yrs, so kinda out of touch with SERO thingy. |

2. I'd also try to negotiate for them to waive the "upgrade fee". No dice for me however. 3. Sorry not familiar with Note 2. |

Just tried to order one of these online today and the website kept signing me out. Tried to order via chat and they said they couldn't. Called the telesales number and the indian man said you can't order on the internet anymore and you have to call. Said the additional charges were $12 for tax and $12 for shipping. Also said I would have to pay an additional $10 mo. for the premium data.
Are these the prices everyone else had to pay? I also thought this was the last 3G Android phone for Sero 500 users on the $40 plan, correct? |

Also, you might have better luck finding answers to your questions in the SERO phone upgrade help thread.

I'm a recent original SERO $30/month user and recently switched to the SERO Family 1600 plan with 5 lines and all iPhone 5's. It should come out to $42/month each line and change.
I do hate paying more, but it was the best plan out there and I didn't want to risk it being unavailable. I was just waiting for an LTE iPhone capable phone to come to Sprint. If you plan on keeping your phone number, Sprint will not let you keep it when switching to this plan. 2 of us had to transfer out to Virgin Mobile or any pre-paid provider and transfer back in. It's just plain stupidity on Sprint but these plans are meant for NEW customers and not current ones. I have no regrets finally upgrading. I've got a phone that does almost everything I need it to do and more. For anything else, I've got my Asus Transformer Tablet with ICS 4.1 on it.

since its been a couple of weeks, ill say its safe for me to post ths now..
i was able to get 3 additional SERO lines simply by refusing to take no for an answer -- i eventually got up to a pretty high level CS who was able to give me the additional lines, which I then used immediate purchases for iphones.. i then bought lg marquees for each line. loving the lg marquee with the custom firmware.. i have advanced task killer pro and juice defender pro running and battery life isnt too bad.. anyone have additional info to help with battery? thanks in advance moo
