Global Eye Glasses
I would NOT recommend Global Eyeglasses to anyone. I have never experienced such a terrible and the worse type of customer service available.
I ordered glasses from their web site and when it arrived in the mail, they were not the exact looking glasses as they had shown on their web site. To make matters worse, the lenses did not feel right when put on and I tried to view things.
According to their web site they "offer a 30 day no questions asked 100% money back guarantee on all purchases from our site. If for some reason, you do not like the pair you received and would like to return them, we’d be glad to offer you a 100% refund on the product price."
I was not satisfied with the quality and style of the glasses, and the lens, so I sent in an email requesting to get my money back on the same day I received the glasses. That was almost 3 weeks ago and they are still giving me a hard time.
The customer service representative had first admitted that they had made a mistake in the lab when making the lenses, then in the next message they told me that there was nothing wrong with their lens and asked me to take my glasses to my eye doctor to check.
The moral of this story is that no matter what the reason(s) of my request were, they should honor their policy and ask no questions and just accept the glasses back and refund me in full.
I haven't given up yet and am still demanding that they obey their own rules and refund my money.
