I ordered the same day. Got the charge and $25 credit from Costco.com. Just received the Costco cash card today via USPS regular mail. Small envelope, keep your eyes open for it!

i never got any shipping confirmation but received my card in first class mail. still no sign of my credit though

Great deal today only on Ca Pizza Kitchen offer of spend $25 get $10 credit. For Black Friday, CPK is offering $40( 2 20GC) for buying $100 in gift cards. Total in value $140, but only actually spent $60. I bought 4 $25 gift cards on 4 seperate Amex synced cards.

has amex changed their notification email? it does not mention the amount saved anymore

synced my amex through fb when it came out....only did purchase mid way nov.

got my gc in the mail and credit showed up already online..

Each unique card # can get the credit. Authorized user cards that are provided by AmEx directly usually have unique card #'s.

Yes, you should be fine. You can login to your facebook account and confirm the offer is synced with your FB account. You have till 12/31/12 to redeem the Costco promo.

Edit: I see under Apps the Amex Sync so I think I'm good.

This is utter BS. One of my costco cards never arrived even after 2 weeks after shipped. I called em they shipped another and still waiting on that one after 10 days. Are my cards lost in USPS per-sorting mess? Come on costco pre-sorted mail with no way to track? you can do better. I may just end up calling them and cancel the order. I think Amex does not reverse the $25 credit in that case - better deal for me I guess,I am not on the hook for $100 and still get $25 free money.
