What is the condition of the phone? is it new, refurbished or used?

A big plus on Nokia Windows Phone phones is the bundling of Nokia Drive.
It's a Navteq map powered navigation program that has maps from all over the world and allows maps to be downloaded to the phone. No monthly fee is required.
Nokia has full offline maps, so no data plan required for navigation or using maps.
The only think that was unclear about this deal is about Groupon policy;
Are Groupon Goods products covered by a warranty?
Groupon answered my question:
So, Phone is covered by 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

Windows phones are dirt cheap, when most people pay a subsidized price.
Windows tablets are sky high expensive, when most people pay full price. That's Microsoft logic. |

Phone looks to get decent reviews and that it's unlocked makes it more attractive. But there are lots of better choices available in the sub $200. level. The Samsung Exhibit II (now called the 4G) is a solid phone from T-Mo and can be found on sale at $180. or less and recently T-Mo had these for that price including a $50. card. Btw, T-Mo will unlock after 90 days or get a cheap unlock via eBay.

throw in another 140 and get an 8gb nexus 4 - or at least get a cheap win phone 8 so you're on NT kernel

I have been using a Lumia 710 for almost a year now, and really like it. At this price, its a pretty good backup phone
