I am not buying them all to see which ones stack, you need to gift these to like your spouse/parent or whatever's facebook and have them give you the code. I believe all are either egift codes or promo codes, the free ones seem to be promo codes but the $1 or any paid one so far has been an e-gift code.

The amazon ones did stack, however I *think* they just sold out because I get an error.

Can't confirm which of the rest stack because I'm not buying them all. Bath and body works did stack for me and went nice with the front page deal from yesterday.

I don't know if the selection is user specific so you may not see all available. There are some free ones but nothing I was interested in except the Dicks sporting goods which seems to be sold out.
