IRA Roth Fees

Recently saw a statement from Citibank, they have been charging me 50 dollars fee since 2010 to manage my IRA Roth.

Are there any institute that offers this service for less or even free ?

Be sure to consider all costs $50 is the 2nd highest annual IRA fee I've heard of. The highest was from another bank.
