3 year are for internals.

I'd say the most we buy at these prices the less incentive they have to lower said prices. Therefore, if no rush, I'd recommend waiting as long as you can, then grab the next deal after that.

I need three 3TB drive for a RAID5 set up.......... My pricepoint is <$100. Hopefully it'll it that mark on BF.

I got the Toshiba 3tb External for $129 a couple weeks ago from Newegg. It comes with a 3yr warranty.

Could someone please advise if I'm better off buying this one or WD's 3 TB drive:
http://www.amazon.com/Western-Dig...B0042Z55R The reviews aren't that favorable for WD but I've had quite a few WD externals in the past. It's $30 more than this Seagate but that's fine by me. Any comments would be greatly appreciated and repped.. TIA..  I honestly believe that SDers are more knowledgeable.
