4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.facebook.com/Fedex, “Like” FedEx (if you do not already), click the “Gift Card Giveaway” tab and complete all required fields of the onscreen registration form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You can “Unlike” the page at any time after entry. You must include a physical mailing address on the registration form. Post Office Boxes will not be accepted. Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all associated entries will be void. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Random Drawing: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Grand Prize winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around November 4, 2012. The winners will be sent their prize within 3 weeks of drawing to the physical mailing address entered on the registration form. Winner will not be notified via Facebook®.

6. Prizes: FORTY THOUSAND (40,000) GRAND PRIZES: A $25 American Express® Shop Small® Gift Card, to use at your preferred small business merchant on Small Business Saturday, November 24, 2012. The total retail value of all Grand Prizes is US$1,000,000. Gift cards are subject to their own terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use, if applicable. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor reserves the right to not award all prizes if it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible entries.
