I would NOT bank on this being first come first serve, despite OP's quote. It was ran quite differently last year. They pretty much crashed facebook with people rushing to get the card, and it told you as soon as you entered that you'd be getting it. This time it's running smoothly, and says you will be notified in 10 days.
