Is anyone still waiting for their reimbursement(s)? I was approved on December 17 and December 30 for two different items and I still haven't received my reimbursements.
I called PayPal's holiday price match line four times about the December 17 reimbursement and these were their responses:
December 23 - Told me it actually takes 3-5 business days to process the reimbursement, so I must wait.
December 26 - The representative looked up my account but said she has no clearance to access anything regarding my reimbursement or when it would arrive. I wanted her to clarify in what form I would be reimbursed; she couldn't even confirm that. Wow. I decided to wait because it was barely after Christmas and perhaps it was indeed processing.
December 31 - The reimbursement transaction was posted on 12/27 and said it was "Completed" on 12/28, but my PayPal balance was and still is 0.00. The representative told me that it may take a couple days to show up, even though it's posted as complete. Hmm.
January 4 - Told me that I was actually going to be reimbursed by check (what?) and that the check was mailed on 12/30. Should take no more than 7 days, he said. A check that takes 7 business days seems outrageous. Today will be the 7th business day, wish me luck...
EDIT: I just checked my PayPal balance and the December 30 price match reimbursement was posted 1/8 and is available to use as via a PayPal balance. What the hell?
