Thought experiment: You currently have five TV’s in a household of 4 people. It’s Black Friday and you see an ad for a 42” HDTV for $299. Do you wait in line for 2 hours for a chance to get one of these TV’s or do you walk away?
There’s a really good chance that you might find yourself in the scenario above within the next couple of weeks - there’s an item that you don’t really need, but if it’s a good enough deal, you’d pull the trigger. The question now is, how do you know whether or not you’re getting a good deal?
When looking through ad scans this holiday season, be sure to use the Slickdeals search tool before actually planning your purchases so you’re aware of an item's price history.
