I found out why I never got my credit for the Halo Unlock offers. Apparently, I synced my card when I did not have an Xbox Live Gold Account. When I signed up for Xbox Live Gold to unlock "Operation Completion", it changed my gamertag which was not synced with the offer. Furthermore, I cannot unsync my card from the old lost gamertag! Amex CS has so far said that I am not eligible because of this.
