I called chase and the rep I talked to tried navigating to the URL and it was blocked. He also said if its chase page then u will see verify log at the bottom of the page.

Well, I didn't apply for the card, but perhaps another user might be able to confirm.

You can also apply for the Rapid Rewards PLUS Card if you want a lower Annual Fee ($69 vs $99) and don't need as big a line of credit.

Also, if you apply for both a PLUS card and a PREMIER card and get approved for both (you might get denied on the 2nd Application because Chase auto-denies 2 inquiries within a certain amount of time - if so, just call in and explain), then you could earn up to 100,000 points for only $170 annual fee. I would recommend making sure you don't "earn" the points until 2013, and then once you earn only another 10,000 points on your account, you reach Companion Pass status, in which someone else can fly with you wherever you go FOR FREE for the rest of that calendar year and the next calendar year!

I did this last year, and my wife is my Companion Pass user for the rest of 2012 and 2013.

I applied and was not instantly approved and told it was being considered. I called MY CHASE NUMBER, where I call to check the status of my apps and it was approved for 25k. 735 score

Did you get your approved amount from the phonecall?

I got instant approval - credit score 755-ish. Don't know how much approved for though...

Well yes and no. I really only needed something over 5k to hit the minimum spend. I have a 8000.00 bill I need to pay this month so the timing on this offer was perfect.

I'm surprised I was approved as I got the regular chase SWAIR offer last year and the business one in August.

I was convinced this would be denied.

My point more so was this is definately a legit offer as I called chase and they confirmed I was approved. Not sure why we have all the dooms day posters saying its a scam.

Hubs and I each got the personal card 69 annual fee last year. He applied for the premiere card in Oct and he got a pending. He called and said he liked the benefits of this card better. They closed last years card and gave him the premiere card. Already met the spend, received the points, and just cashed them in. I applied and also got pending. However the next day when I logged in to my account, I saw 2 accounts listed. I called just to verify, and indeed it was approved and I didn't even need to close the other Acct( I applied as homemaker of hubs income).

How long does it take to get the card in the mail? I applied early last week. You would think they'd want them out there asap for us to start spending. I need to purchase tickets asap and no card in sight!
