Two Roundtrip Flights (50k Points) with New Southwest Airlines Premier Credit Card Approval for $2000 Spent Within First 3 Months

So here's a question. When I signed up for the Plus card, it gave me instant approval. With the Premiere card, it said they had to consider it more and would send me something in the mail within a week.

However, I just logged in to my Chase account and both new credit cards are listed with their last 4 digits and my $0.00 balance and $5,000 credit line.

Does that mean that I actually got approved for both?

Thanks. I realize that was obvious but I found it odd that the registration page told me I was not instantly approved and then an hour later it was listed on my account. I would think I'd at least get an email from them, but I guess not.

Some one in this thread said that, we can buy $50 amazon gift card for 4000 points, but i see $50 for 5000 points. Can we expect for 4000 points for the Black friday? what are the chances. I want to buy hometheater system from amazon. please suggest

Just so everyone knows if you cancel your card after the reward points are added to your RR account you can no longer use the "more rewards" section and can just use the points for flights. I did this last year.

I signed up and got instant approval on the premier personal, so now I will have 50k more points and can finally use my other 60k points for things besides flights (as I linked my RR account to this card from last year)

Hoping chase does not cancel my accounts.

How long should I wait before I call on my application status for the 2nd card without instant approval?

Question: Do they charge the $99 annual fee immediately after signup? Or do they charge the $99 annual fee 12 months later?

I always call almost immediately after. Works every time.

i got the plus card last year ( cc line of 20k ) and just applied for the premiere card this year but wasn't instantly approved . Said to wait for the letter what is the recon # for this card ? I'll rep. Thank you in advance

just off the phone with the recon # and got the plus card reduced to 5k and approved the premier card for 5 k ..oh well ....got to pay something for free money thank you for sharing
