On this specific card, no first hand experience. On the brand PowerColor itself, there have been numerous reviews on some (sort of) reputable sites on their other Radeons.

That is the 1GB version. This is a 2GB version. It makes a difference.

Anyways, it would've been a good deal if it wasn't for the 7870 deal that came up from TigerDirect right before this one.

Except the Tigerdirect card doesn't ship until December... and Tigerdirect will charge you regardless of when they will ship. Dealbreaker.

I think it's just for that specific card. I'm not sure why, but its delivery date is 30 days. I'm guessing it's shipping from China or something.

perhaps a large number of orders. this is their way of 'honoring' them, i.e. making the most out of a sale.

I've been looking for the last couple of weeks and a 2GB 7850 is a nice deal. That Sapphire 7870 sounds like a dud - you're taking a risk and the return policy goes through Sapphire - NOT Tiger Direct, as someone pointed out to me, so if you're one of the many who gets a faulty card good luck going through Sapphire. Do your research before you buy.

Why would anyone want a 2GB 7850? 1GB is more than enough for 1080P, especially on a low/mid-range card like the 7850.

Either save the money and go with a 1GB 7850, or upgrade to a 7870 for a little more. This 2GB 7850 is pointless.

Can you go into a little more detail? I know They used to say that 2GB didn't really make a difference for 1080p but apparently now They say it does with more modern games.
