When i Tried this , the manager has pointed out following section from their website! Following is from their website, What is excluded from the Holiday Price Match? In addition, the following exclusions apply: For items that are out of stock at Target or a competitor at the time the price match is requested; rain checks will not be issued for any item being price matched |

I posted in the other forum in which we were discussing this deal a few days ago too. I got it to work but only because the policy was super long and the customer service people had a hard time figuring it out, and she really tried and was reading through it. It really shouldn't work if you read the policy super closely but its hard to find it when its super small font that they had on the counter.

Tried and no go on PM. Manager said no PM on online priced item.
Wonder where can we find the new policy that says PM ok with online price until Xmas? As others pointed out, this shouldn't have worked, if so then this should be taken off to avoid confusion! Thanks |

Worked for me. Got 2 tan ones PM'd this evening. Dude in electronics noted they started price matching yesterday and took us up to customer service. No issues whatsoever.

No luck here. They pulled out a huge binder that was full of papers just about this new price match policy and on the very last page, there's a list of items that they won't price match. Clearance items don't get matched, which excludes this item. Kudos to those of you who were lucky enough to get them to do it without opening the binder of pain. Unfortunately, not the case for me. =(
