I based it off of these that I found in the avsforum: Aspect Ratio: 16:9 Energy Saving: Off Picture Mode: Expert 1 or 2 Contrast: 83 Brightness:60 H. Sharp: 10 V. Sharp: 10 Color: 48 Tint: 0 Expert control Dynamic Contrast: Off Noise Reduction: Off Gamma: Medium Black Level: Low Color Gamut: Standard Edge Enhancement: Off Color Temp: Medium Method: 2 Point Pattern: Outer Points: High Red: 14 Green: -12 Blue: -10 NO COLOR MANAGEMENT Everything should be "0" I tweaked a few things, like Color Gamut. I switched that to WIDE instead of STANDARD. It gave the colors more "pop". I also lowered the contrast for the first 100 hours to around 65, then went back to around 80. Amazon also has the 50 inch version of this for $649. I'm wondering if that's still a good deal. I've been looking for a 50-55 inch TV and don't want to spend more than $600 if I don't have to.

FYI Amazon will adjust the price of your purchase on televisions if the prices drops within 30 days. Everyone who bought one should call in.

I just picked this up from Costco for $799.99 after instant $300 rebate. They have a 90 day return policy on TVs and they're local so returning it if I don't like it or it breaks will be easy. They also extend all one year warranties by an extra year. I had to pay tax, but Amazon charges tax in PA now anyway so it was a no brainer.
