This is an excellent question. I would imagine it's great. Its only drawback would be lack of calibration options, but less post-processing (the enemy of gamers) might even turn out to be a benefit. Input lag should be your primary concern.

Can we get the WIKI updated with at least some UT models? Most posts are looking for ST and GT but some of us want to know the P and UT prices.

EPP=Employee Purchase Program, lower pricing thru panny's own website.

The new Panasonic models probably won't be out until next February - May. I think they show them at CES in January and then they're released after that. You can see the release dates for the 2012 Panasonic Plasmas as the following link. Most models came out between February and April except the VT models which came out in May.

IDK if this is called 'burn in' or 'artifacts', but I see outlines from videogame hubs on my screen when the background is white when I am watching TV. I have the 42 inch 1080p buy.com panasonic from 2 years ago.

Been waiting for a good deal on a 65VT50. I've noticed the Epp site no longer shows any discounted price for it or the 55vt. Has anyone else noticed too or know why, maybe an upcoming package deal? Also I noticed East coast Tvs has the 65vt for around $2695 with free shipping. Are they reliable, anyone with experience with them? Thanks.

Bump. East Coast TV looks the cheapest on google shopping. Can it go lower this year ?

I was only able to view EPP pricing after signing up with my work email. Using my work email, my account was automatically enrolled in the EPP program. That's assuming the business is somehow enrolled in the program, I wasn't sure whether mine was or not until I signed up.
