$15 WINDOWS 8 Upgrade Charge REFUNDED by HP

So if you bought a HP computer from August 17th and paid $15 for the Windows 8 upgrade you can get a refund from HP. You do have to copy the invoices from the computer, windows 8 order as well as the box and scan and upload these as you submit the application online.
