I was having problems with the promo code as well even after personalizing an item. I didn't get charged for the personalization, but I would for the shipping. What I did is add items to my cart and then call customer service. The phone wait was short. The representative told me to go ahead and checkout and tell him my order number. Then he got my contact number and called me back after maybe 5-10 min once he got the order and adjusted it for the shipping. He told me the new order total and that was it!

Not getting free shipping with the code. Also, I put an item in my cart but did not order. Now I am getting the messasge that the code has already been used. Does that mean that I used the code without ordering anything?

I am not getting free shipping with this code (FREEPZ) for the Cars 2 Jacket. Also, I put the jacket in my cart but did not complete the sell. Now when I try ro enter the code I am told I have already used the code. Does that mean that I used the code eventhough I did not buy anything?
