Just in case not satisfied by size/comfort/look, who pays return shipping? It doesn't say who pays but says to customer to take care of track/insurance so, its on customer is it?

Not only can they not keep track online, i called and had them check the stock on my items that got cancelled, they were IN STOCK, so i RE ORDERED, and they got CANCELLED AGAIN
Seems as I may be seeking out a different brand of heavy jacket. |
