At this price it's almost crazy to call the store and expect an employee to tell you the truth. Might as well take the drive if you really want one or call the staples 800 number and have them check inventory.

I hate these damn staples BM deals... the 1 Staples store we have in san antonio is like 20 bucks in gas for me... all the way across town... never worth a YMMV trip... if anyone in SA needs some good karma and can snag an extra for me if they got them I would be most grateful...

My experience at that location, Zack there is nice, he lets buy the clearance and keeps them aside. Ran into couple of others who made up damaged stories.

i found 4 at three separate Philadelphia locations. bought 3. one location had 2 and a lady asked if she could have one so i passed it to her for superstitious karma points.

I wonder if she was a Slickdeler too? I've had that happen a few times and is a little awkward. If i had the items in my cart already, I would say no and say I was buying them for my grandmother or something...although doesn't work if you are buying multiples I guess.

But once I was looking for GPS's and had to have the Target employee open the locked case and by then, this other chick showed up. I think I bought 2 and let her have 1 or maybe I bought 3 and let her have 1. But it's a fair race and whoever gets there first deserves the spoils, so not sure why I did that.

The other day at Kroger, this guy just bought one box of Twinkies and left one on the shelf. That was nice of him but not sure why he did it. But I thanked him. Then I went to Target and there were 8 boxes there and I bought them all, but no one else around.
