1.) If you're already an Origin user, you don't need to use the email address you registered with Origin. I didn't want to get signed up to some Columbian email marketing spam, so I used a temp address and was able to activate the code in Origin just fine.
2.) If you use Google's Chrome browser, it has a translate feature that makes reading the text a lot easier. Doesn't work on text within images, obviously, but it translated everything else just fine.

BTW: Whoever needs to put in 'random' codes... Use FTEN... It works.
