Meijer is running a sale in brick-and-mortar stores (not available online). Purchase a Halo 4 game with a 1-year Xbox Live subscription to receive $20 off instantly at the register. Deal is available from 11/4 - 11/17.

Disclaimer: This is not the best deal for Halo 4 or Xbox Live. Halo 4 can be found for at least $12 off at online retailers, and the 1-year Xbox Live Gold subscription can be found for $20-25 off for a total of at least $32 in savings, rather than just the $20 in savings available with this deal. However, if you don't want to wait for deals or you just want to grab both items in the store now, this may be the deal for you.
