Staples 15% off paper coupon B&M In-store (works on photo paper)

Cashier told me office supply is paper towels and cleaning supply stuff. If only that's true, or maybe it is? I've never used that coupon before.

upon reading the thread again, i have another possibility. the reason it accepted the 10 of 50 for the one guy is because the envelopes were the only "office supplies" (and possibly because it did not receive the 15% off) and going from my previous post, you can possibly get a $10 item free as an add-on/to make the order $75+ for the other coupon. i will try this later today and report back and even try to take it a step further with some catalog coupons/office deport coupons.

The $10/50 OS app coupon works on photo paper. The stacking can be acceptable (1st, if the cashier is willing) if one coupon is a general use and the other is product/category specific; or 2 general use coupons.

I remembered, as I was walking in the parking lot, that I had a similar incident with the Hammermill paper coupons (which netted FAR paper) and the use of the $10/50 OS coupon.

im not saying it does not work on it rather im saying that because the photo paper and the reams already received the 15% as well as the 10 off 75, the 10 off 50 wont work on that. thus if you add the envelopes, im guessing it takes partial off from the 10 off 75 and additionally the 10 off 50 plays on the items that have not received the 15% AND 10 off 75

Just as I expected! I think I'm getting better at the staples system. So I did 4 photo papers, 4 copy paper reams, a pack of tape, sharpies, and pens ( the last 3 equalling a bit more than $10.) I used the 15% off and 10 off 75 which both automatically attached itself to the reams of paper and photo paper. Now the 15% doesnt latch on to the 3 last items (~$10 of office supplies) and so the 10 off 75 attaches to those and I hand over a 10 off 50 office supplies and bam! 70$ after tax for everything. The manager (who knows and doesn't like me) was next to the associate who hates me be cause I use coupons. She failed right from the get go when I handed her the 15%, she was like, that's for the case. I was like no! That means excludes. Then after I hand that it goes under 75 and I hand her the 10 off 75$ and she was like no, its under 75. One again I told her. Needless to say, with the last coupon she kept her mouth shut. win!

Sounds like a coupon nazi, but hey at least she didn't say anything else after u gave her an attitude. Typically, I use a percent off and rewards yet they still give me a hard time. Never tried combining percent off with $ off $ or doing 2 transactions with the same cashier. I don't want to see how rude they can get as if they are already rude when customers use coupons. Our cashiers said Staples rewards are coupons so using it alone is like already a coupon so why stack another coupon. Ironically, when they advertise to get me to buy the item they say "hey buy this item and u will get back rewards which u can use it like cash at Staples."
After you receive the rewards they will claim the rewards as coupons. Ha!

So if I only buy 4 photo papers, applied 15% off, could I still use a general coupon of 5 off 50?

You can definitely try. But the $5 off $50 said "minimum purchase requirement of $50 must be met with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies".

Ya....All the coupons are pretty clear about only one coupon to be allowed, but I was referring to jellogk's previous few posts about when the register (not the coupon term) allows it to be stacked or not.

I have $50 and $112 in rewards that I would like to cash out, but I am kind of confused by how this works. I also have multiple 20% off coupons if it makes a difference. Where are people grabbing these 5 off 50 and 10 off 75 from?

Stupid location spoof thing also isn't working on my phone.

10 off 75 is definitely from staples app
5 off 50 is from banner that says something about staples business savings on slickdeals as well as other websites.
