Just want to add...
Ignore the person who gave the knives a bad review. She said the Henckels International knife was better but that's not true. The international line is stamped not forged like the Pro S set is. My guess is she washed the Pro S knives in the dishwasher which you're not supposed to do, they need to be hand washed. Forged beats stamped every time for quality and sharpness. The forged blades will hold their edge longer after you sharpen them, than the stamped blades will. I've had both over the years and switched from the stamped to the Pro S for the sharpness. Happiness and depression are both feelings, just like joy and anger. It's not feelings that give us problems. It's what we do with them that makes the difference.
