Agreed. I thought last year Sam's had the same sale for the SG2 and upgrades were eligible. I would think since it doesn't specifically stipulate that upgrades are not allowed that you should be able to upgrade as well.

Anyone know if Sam's is a big proponent of AT&T? Looking for an upcoming deal on an S3 or a Note II (whichever I feel I can get the best deal on)..it seems like AT&T versions of these phones are stocked lightly compared to the other carriers, for whatever reason.

Amazon has the S3 for $99 right now, but only for new customers. I wasn't able to sweettalk AT&T selling me a new blue one for $49.99 when they were selling refurbished ones for that price (they only came down to $149.99).

What carrier is the SIII for? I have verizon and my upgrade date is on the 23rd and I would definitely jump in on this deal!

Wondering if Costco would match this price...

Also, question about getting this at Sams - do I have to have membership or can I go there with a friend who is a member to upgrade my phone?

From the small print, they're making it sound like we can pick our carrier... and they do currently have it available for all three major carriers... so here's hopin

Anyone know if there is a limit on the s3? Both my wife and I are due for an upgrade. Would I have any problems getting two, of course with the necessary two year contract renewal on our family share plan?

I'm sure they thought of it. Probably only expect a very small percentage of people to do it though. Plus membership is a complete joke. You pay $100 a year and you get coupons loaded to your card. They tried to get me to upgrade saying I would get over $200 in coupons. I looked over the coupons and they was nothing I ever buy..

so should i get the s3 to sell....and give up my unlimited data??? $450 profit vs ulimited data? for the last 12 months, ive averaged about 1gb on a 4g phone

$450 would be about $20/month for 2 yrs toward dsl or cable internet...

I wish the trick still worked where two years ago during Christmas season, you could buy a gift of membership for 100 bucks and receive the gift card bonus. In reality the gift of membership for 100 was just a gift card. Then sam's caught on to us LOL.

Glad this still works for the membership bought through discover cash back =O. 50 bucks at sams for 40 in rewards is a nice deal.

That Envy dv-6 7247-cl laptop is strange...something is not right. Either the ad is mis-printed, or HP has done some sort of exclusive build for Sam's, for BF. In either case, I wish I could get the real specs.

There is a dv-7 7247-cl on Sam's site. Maybe the dv-6 variant is the same thing with a smaller screen?

Anybody know anything more than this on it?
