Not with this company. I've submitted countless rebates in the past 10 years from various companies without any issues except for this one. Yes I've photocopies everything and followed directions to the letter.

My last NZXT rebate was 20 dollars for the NZXT Switch 810 cases, its been 5 months, the rebate company that process the rebate approved my rebate, but nothing has been done. I've sent them 3 emails in the last month, no response whatsoever. I tried to look up the phone number to call, but guess what? they don't have a phone number for rebate issue.

Your chance of getting rebate from NZXT is slim to none. Just a head up.

I did received my rebate from NZXT with no issue. I don't remember how long it took but I did received it.

Got 1 of these last year for $20 AR. Rebate took a very long time, had to email to get them to come through. It's a nice case for the price. All painted surfaces, all black screws and accessories. The front mimics an Antec NSK case and the front USB ports on mine were actually upside down so indicator lights on flash drives would actually point downward. This case has no filters for intake fans so I would be hesitant to buy again. For $30 AR, I would rather spend a little bit more and get the Antec 302 or Cooler Master HAF 912 which are much better.

While I can probably agree with the 302, it's nearly double the price.
As for the HAF 912, it always seemed a little too, "Call of Duty" for my taste.
If I've learned anything when it comes to computer cases.....it is.....to each their own.
For the record, if I were considering the 302, I'd probably jump on that Fractal Mid deal posted the other day.

Hmm, maybe I've gotten lucky the last couple of NZXT power supplies I bought had rebates and I got both of those, it did take a LONG time, but they came eventually and the rebate item was hand written on the check...
Now a couple of years ago I did have some problems with Raidmax and their rebates...
